This 41 year old woman with 2 children had a prior saline augmentation with 425cc implants. She underwent an abdominoplasty and renewal and replacement of her saline implants. She now has 850cc saline implants in a submuscular position and went from a 36 C/D to a 36DDD. Dr. Lussier would like to note how her breasts have an attractive shape, despite the very large implants. She has lost 20 lbs since the procedure and looks fantastic in a two piece bathing suit.
