Dear Dr. Lussier and Entire Staff,
How can I say thank you when you feel like the words are not enough?
I know that coming to you and your staff is why I traveled 700 miles back to my hometown of Valencia to have my cosmetic surgery. I cannot even begin to express my thanks or the thanks of my husband in the quality if care that I received and the mental support that my husband received by you and your staff.
Your phone calls were daily, sometimes even 2 to 3 times a day. Your staff was always warm, friendly, caring and professional. We were embraced by all of you and the care and concerns were from the heart.
Even after the surgeries I still have the phone ringing from Dr. Lussier, "Just to check in and see how you are doing." You listened and actually heard me as a patient when I talked and responded to me! You were funny, charismatic and most of all incredible artistic surgeon. Imagine an incredible surgeon and bedside manner too. Who would have thought?
I never had a moment of apprehension, only excitement to have it done and see the wonderful results.
This entire experience was amazing. The results are phenomenal and I have never in my life been more happy and comfortable with me... Now I am ecstatic! I am looking forward to going to the beach, and enjoying clothes that are "form fitting" and not wearing those horrible miracle suits to hide the sagging excess skin. I am younger looking at 51 than I was at 21!
Thank You very much from the bottom of my heart, for giving me this one incredible "new me body."
You and your staff hold a very special place in my heart, for everything you have done to make this transition such an easy one.

Dear Dr. Lussier and Staff,
I wanted to write and let you all know how much my husband and I appreciated you and your staff. You are all so amazing!!! We were both very impressed and continue to be impressed with the amount of concern and professionalism you all share.
Prior to my first consult with you, we went to another doctor. The difference was like night and day. It was very obvious that each patient is very important to you. I knew from the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by the staff. I appreciated how easy she was to talk to about such a personal decision.
Then when I went in to meet you, Doctor, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Not nervous at all! I remember calling my husband on the way home to tell him that I had found my doctor and I couldn't wait for him to meet with you.
Another thing that I was very impressed with was the fact that every couple of months I would get a call from a staff member to see how everything was going and if I had made any decisions yet. She was always so pleasant and easy to talk to. She never seemed rushed and was always willing to answer my questions.
When we finally decided to "Go For It," we went on the Internet and were very impressed that everything was glowing and in order.
The day I came to sign all those nerve racking papers, I appreciated the fact that you noticed that I was a nervous wreck. You grabbed my hand and took me away from that stuff and talked me through it all and assured me that I would be fine! Thank You.
When you met with my husband, you made him feel very comfortable as well. He enjoyed talking with you and felt very happy with my decision. I remarked on how you seem to be very in tune with what each person is experiencing when making such a personal choice.
Unfortunately, the day of surgery I took a Valium so I do not remember the nurses' names. Sorry! They were, however, fantastic! I have had surgery a couple of times before and I can honestly say I have never been treated that well. You make your patients feel like they have "star" status! I don't know what you had to go through to get such a great staff but it has worked out very well for you.
I found out the day before my surgery that my husband's friend's sister had also gone to you. I had seen her results last year and think she looks fabulous. I was so happy to be able to talk with her before my surgery because she had nothing but wonderful things to say about you and your staff. We have talked after and she is my "that is normal" person! Ha! Its funny because we talk about how it is so great that you call so often to check in. Oh, and the flowers, don't get me started. That was so sweet.
I know that I have probably gone on too long about this, but it seems that in this day and age everyone wants to take time to complain about things and no one has time to say what a great job others do!! If at any time someone wants to speak with a previous patient, put me on the list. Don't change a thing, all the little extras count...Big Time!!

To my savior, miracle worker and artist,
Thank you so much for taking such great care of me. I was very depressed before I met you because my breasts sagged down to my knees. I have breast fed four children and lost the fullness that I use to have. My stomach was full of stretch marks and the skin was hanging as well. Not only did you find a hernia on me from having my children, you said that you could correct this problem for me and it will take away the pain in my stomach. Your office was very efficient and thorough with me during my visit. Wendy, your surgery coordinator was wonderful, kind, sympathetic and very gracious. All of your staff is so beautiful that anyone would want to look like them! Great job on picking very pretty yet smart, professional staff. To my surprise my insurance approved my hernia repair and I paid for the cosmetic surgery. I had my breasts lifted and a tummy tuck with a hernia repair. I feel like my old youthful happy self again. I look 10 years younger and 30 lbs slimmer. I now workout and really feel like the old me is back again. My husband is so excited about the new me and really enjoys my results. I on the other hand can not begin to thank you enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart again for all of the beautiful work you did on me. The TLC that you gave to me was amazing! This was my very first surgery and I was so scared to have it done. You all made me feel very comfortable and at ease every time I called or came in for my appts. I am so happy with my liposuction and have really enjoyed my thinner figure. I would like to thank you for all of the great service you and your staff have given to me and my family. I have had several cosmetic procedures and was never treated this well. After my surgery, your calls really made me feel very special. I must admit that I have never had a Doctor give me his home phone number that I could actually use in case I had any questions after surgery. You have changed my entire life by helping me reshape my figure. My stomach looks amazing from my tummy tuck and liposuction on my hips! I can now wear cute clothes that people my own age wear. I no longer feel fat and frumpy. I threw away all of my old fat lady clothes and have had so much fun buying more. I would like to thank you and your wonderful staff for taking excellent care of me. I had never had plastic surgery before so I was extremely scared! My turkey neck was so bad that I felt embarrassed to even go out of the house. I always wore turtlenecks to hide the sagging skin on my neck. I finally decided it was time to take action. I am so glad that I called your office and that I chose you to do my surgery. Not only did you all make the whole process very easy for me, you also made my husband feel at ease as well. My face looks amazing, my jaw line is now lifted and looks very natural. People ask me if I have changed my hair and tell me all the time that I look great!
