Procedures: Breast Implants with lift, Tummy Tuck, and Liposuction

This 33 year old woman underwent a total body makeover. She sustained significant weight fluctuations with her three pregnancies. The makeover took place over two different procedures. Her breasts received a formal mastopexy with 450cc saline implants, while her abdomen received a formal abdominoplasty. 5900cc's of fat were removed with liposuction. Please note the dramatic changes.
