This 34 year old woman experienced large weight gain after her pregnancy. She underwent a body makeover and lost 25 lbs post-op. Her breasts received a donut mastopexy and 375cc saline implants, while her abdomen received a formal abdominoplasty and mesh. 2000cc's of fat were removed from her hips and axillae through liposuction.
